Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If not, request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided:

• Items are unused, unworn, and in original condition.

• Original tags and packaging are intact.

• Proof of purchase is provided.

• Custom or personalized items (e.g., embroidery, made-to-order) are not eligible unless defective.

Exchanges Shipping
For exchanges, customers are responsible for shipping costs of the replacement items.

Refunds
Once received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

• After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible if the order is processed or shipped.

• Custom/personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

Damaged or Defective Items
Report within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

• Sale or clearance items

• Gift cards
